How we handle your personal information
This notice explains what information we collect, what we use it for and how you can control it, including the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended.

RBTX Group LLC, with its place of business at 3140 E Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, California 90023, is responsible for the personal information you provide to us through this site.
For transactions handled in Mexico, the responsible entity is Grupo RBTX México, S. de R.L. de C.V., with its place of business at Matías Romero 1095, Col. La Aurora, C.P. 44790, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

2. What information we collect
We collect only the information you provide directly when you fill in the contact form, write to us by email or WhatsApp, or place an order:
- Contact person’s name
- Company or brand name
- Email address
- Phone or WhatsApp number
- The country you are writing from
- Information about your project: end use, estimated volume and technical specifications
If you complete a purchase, we also collect the billing and shipping details needed to issue the invoice and dispatch the merchandise.
We do not collect sensitive personal information. We do not request or store payment card numbers on this site.
3. What we use your information for
Primary purposes, necessary for the commercial relationship:
- Responding to your quote or information request
- Preparing quotations, orders and invoices
- Coordinating shipment of samples and merchandise
- Providing after-sales follow-up and handling clarifications
- Complying with tax and accounting obligations
Secondary purposes, which are not necessary and which you may decline without affecting your relationship with us:
- Letting you know about new fabrics, inventory changes and our trade-show schedule
- Producing internal statistics to improve our catalog and service
If you do not want your information used for the secondary purposes, write to us at info@rabatex.us and we will stop.
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share it only where it is indispensable to deliver the service you requested:
- Carriers and freight companies, to deliver samples and merchandise
- Tax authorities, in compliance with legal obligations
- Technology service providers that host our system and our site, under confidentiality obligations
- Between RBTX Group LLC and Grupo RBTX México, when your order is fulfilled or invoiced from the other country
These transfers are limited to what is necessary to fulfill your order and are carried out under confidentiality obligations. Service providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
5. Your privacy rights
At any time you may exercise your rights to Know and access the information we hold about you, Correct it when it is inaccurate, Delete it when you consider it is no longer necessary, and Opt out of specific uses. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise them, send your request to info@rabatex.us stating your full name, enough detail for us to verify your identity, a clear description of the information the request concerns, and which right you wish to exercise. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
We acknowledge requests within ten business days and respond within forty-five calendar days, extendable by a further forty-five days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you.
6. Withdrawing your consent
You may withdraw at any time the consent you gave us to process your information, through the same channel and with the same requirements as any other privacy request.
Bear in mind that in some cases we cannot act on the request immediately because of legal obligations — for example, retaining accounting and tax records for the period the law requires.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
This site uses first-party cookies for basic navigation, to remember your preferences and to measure in aggregate how the site is used. Measurement is anonymous and does not identify visitors individually.
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you do, some site functions may stop working correctly.
8. If you contact us from Mexico
If you are in Mexico, your information is handled by Grupo RBTX México under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, which recognizes your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection.

We may update this notice when our practices, the applicable rules or our operating model change. The current version is always published on this page, with the last-updated date visible at the top.
