POLICIES
CLAIMS: Goods must be inspected and counted upon receipt. Unofficial labels or prior cuts are not accepted as proof of shortages. The seller is not responsible for any issues once the fabric has been cut or manipulated. All claims for defective merchandise must be submitted in writing through official channels within 7 calendar days of receipt. Failure to notify within this period constitutes unconditional acceptance and a waiver of all claims by the buyer. All returns require prior written authorization from the seller. Any discrepancies in items or pricing must also be reported within 7 calendar days of receipt.
PRODUCT TESTING: It is the buyer’s responsibility to test and evaluate all products prior to cutting or altering, to ensure they meet specific requirements, performance standards, or applications. This includes, but is not limited to, colorfastness, shrinkage, sewing, stretching, weight/performance, and overall appearance. No returns or claims will be accepted once the goods have been cut, processed, or altered. Dye lots must not be mixed. The buyer assumes full responsibility if the fabric undergoes additional processes.
RISK: All goods shipped via transportation companies or courier services are at the buyer’s expense and risk. The seller is not liable under any circumstances for lost profits, delivery delays, breach of contract by the buyer, or any consequential or incidental damages. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request shipping insurance prior to dispatch if desired.
WARRANTIES: The seller provides no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
PAYMENT: Payments are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice. Time is of the essence. In case of late payment, the buyer agrees to cover all collection and legal costs, including attorney’s fees, and will incur interest at a rate of 12% per annum.
JURISDICTION: The State of California shall have jurisdiction over any claim or dispute arising from this transaction. All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
