No. We do not cut and sew: strictly development and fabric sales by the roll.

Yes. RBTX Group LLC issues an invoice governed by United States law, in California. In Mexico, Grupo RBTX México issues the corresponding CFDI.

Yes. Everything we show is Rabatex in-house development, in the colors displayed, stocked in the United States and Mexico. We do not display third-party catalogs sourced to order.

No. Stock changes every day, so the site is a reference, not a reservation. Before closing, your account manager confirms availability and quantity the same day.

One to ten business days. If the fabric is in the Los Angeles warehouse it ships in one or two days; if it is not here, it ships from Mexico and the timeframe extends. Your account manager confirms the real estimate along with that day’s availability.

Not necessarily. Color and texture shift from one monitor to another and no two screens are calibrated alike. That is why every volume purchase must be validated beforehand with a physical sample. We do not accept returns on fabric already cut, or returns where no defect exists.

Yes. We keep color cards and sample hangers for our stock fabrics, and they are the valid reference for approving a color before buying volume. Request them from your account manager, indicating which fabrics you are interested in: we confirm availability, cost if applicable and shipping time. We also cut roll samples when you need to evaluate hand, weight and recovery.

Yes. We run the dip with dye-to-match from your physical sample, or against a Pantone TCX if you give us the reference.

Yes. If you do not find what you are looking for in the catalog, we offer custom development: we build the fabric from the technical specification, adjust composition, weight, width, finish and color, and produce it exclusively for your brand.

Tell your account manager what you need, send us a physical sample or a reference and we confirm feasibility, production minimum per color, price and timing. Developments and prints created for a customer are exclusive to that customer.

Yes. Any development or print created at a customer’s request is reserved for that brand: we do not offer it to third parties and we do not reuse its reference number.
